Hi, We are a small retail company based in Hong Kong, and we want to start selling our products online. Ideally we want a Magento site to link up with our existing Kudos POS system. We can handle the hosting, Magento set-up and template design ourselves, but we need help with the integration of stock levels, pricing and real-time orders. Let us know if this is something you can do (or want to do), especially as it would all be remote access due to our geographical location.

I took a look at the Kudos website but could not find any information about an application programming interface (API) or import/export capabilities (however, I may have missed it). If Kudos has an API, then it would be fairly easy to get their API connected to our Middleware/API. If they don’t have an API, then we could always use Modern Retail's Inventory CSV/XML Uploader using FTP. We have a variety of other methods that we’ve used over the years which we could also try.
May I make a suggestion? Could you please e-mail your representative at Kudos and let them know you’re interested in getting Kudos integrated with your website? If you copy me on the message, I’ll immediately reply asking to set up a meeting with Kudos. Getting our developers to talk with their developers, even for 30 minutes, makes a huge difference and can really help to “jump start” the integration efforts.
