As one of the first few steps in the onboarding process, Modern Retail may need to hand over key information to your Counterpoint reseller. This is so your reseller has an easier time installing your integrator. You, as the client, do not need to interact with or remember this information.
The key info being posted here is being used for the integrator installation process. We like to keep important information like this secure, which is why we use the Onboarding Center to hand it over, as opposed to less secure forms of communication. While every step of the onboarding process is important, you can safely ignore this one; Modern Retail and your Counterpoint reseller have it handled.
