Epicor Eagle and Orgill File Upload Frequency

Product, inventory, customer, and deleted items files from Epicor Eagle to Orgill run on a daily schedule. This help page will outline that schedule.

File Run Times

The Orgill integration runs on the following schedule:

  • Full Product File - Every 3 hours
  • Full Inventory by Location File - Every 3 hours
  • Inventory and Price by Location Change File - Every 15 minutes
  • Customer File - Once per day
  • Deleted Customer File - Once per day
  • Web=No File - Once per day*
  • Deleted Items File - Once per day*
  • Deleted Part No File - Once per day
  • Additional UPC (History) File - Once per day

*While the Web=No File and Deleted Items File usually run once per day, the integration is scheduled to call for those files once per hour in case an earlier update is necessary

Changes to File Run Times

Any changes to these standard integration files, including their run times, must be shared with all integration partners. Any modifications to the files sent or received by Epicor Eagle can have dire consequences if not addressed before the changes are implemented.
