Overview
Once the API keys and additional information has been provided, Modern Retail will confirm the API connection to Epicor Propello.
What's Going On?
Using the keys provided in the last onboarding task, your Modern Retail project manager will add those keys to your Admin Panel. Next, the Modern Retail development team will use those keys to confirm a connection to Epicor Propello. We're basically ensuring Modern Retail can pull new products, inventory updates, and pricing updates from Epicor Propello. We're also making sure Modern Retail can send completed orders to Epicor Propello.
If Modern Retail cannot establish a connection with Epicor Propello, we will contact their account services team to troubleshoot.
