If you have completed the Orgill Dealer Information onboarding task, the PIM file we be automatically created. This help page will show you how to find this confirmation.
First, from the main Pickup Hub Dashboard, click on the dealer's Store ID to access their settings configuration.
On the General tab, confirm information is in the following fields:
- Orgill Dealer Name
- Orgill Dealer Number
- Segment Code
If this information is not present, please review the Orgill Dealer Information before proceeding.
If this information is present, please navigate to the Integration v2 tab. You will see the Send To PIM box on the left side of the tab's page. The "Send Files To PIM" checkbox will be automatically checked, and information will populate under "Number Of Files Sent" and "Date That Last Time A File Was Written".
If the Orgill Dealer Information is present, but no data is populated in the Send To PIM box, please contact Modern Retail for assistance.
