Pickup Hub dealers can assign a cancellation or return reason to orders. This help page will walk you through the steps.
Assigning a Cancellation Reason to an Order
If you wish to cancel an order, start by clicking the Cancel Order link, highlighted below.
A new modal window will appear that shows the order items being cancelled, plus a list of reasons to choose from. Select the reason, and then click Save.
Once the cancellation or refund has been processed, the Cancellations/Returns tab will now show the reason.
You will see the reasons modal window if you choose to cancel a line item instead of an entire order. The Cancellations/Returns tab will also show the reason.
Assigning a Return Reason to an Order
If you are returning an order, assigning a reason follows the same steps as above. The difference is that instead of the "Cancel Order" feature or the CANCEL button on a line item, they will read "Return Order" and RETURN, respectively.
In the reasons modal window, you will see the Return reasons. As with the Cancellation reasons, select one and click Save.
Once the return has been created, you will see the return reason on the Cancellations/Refunds tab.
