For a variety of reasons, you may need to bulk import your account contacts to the Modern Retail Admin Panel. This typically occurs during the onboarding process for new projects. In this article, we'll talk about how we typically bulk import account contacts.
Bulk Importing Account Contacts
In order to import your acccount contacts, you'll need to fill out a CSV template from Modern Retail. Contact your project manager (or, if your project is already complete, contact us with a support request from the Admin Panel), and they'll send you the template file.
This file needs to remain a CSV file in order for the import to work. Once you're done, send it back to us and we'll start the import process.
