Does your software allow for product bundling in BigCommerce?

Yes, we have the ability to create Product Bundles in BigCommerce. You can find the relevant help article here:
As you can see, these Bundled Products or Kits are created in our Admin Panel and sent over to BigCommerce as "regular" products. When Modern Retail gets orders for these Bundled Products, we know to "disassemble" the products before being sent down to your point of sale (POS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. We'll also prorate any discount against the individual products based on the price or sale price of the bundle or kit.
