During the process of setting up your AIM installation, Tri-Tech likely made sure your order settings were properly configured. While this is typically the case, on occasion we've run into clients where their order settings were not configured. In light of this, we ask that you check with Tri-Tech to make sure this was done before we start working on the next steps for your integration.
