Overview
While Modern Retail is pleased to support Epicor Eagle & Shopify with our Gift Card Integration, there are a handful of quirks related to the Shopify ecommerce platform that potential users should be aware of. In this article, we'll discuss some of the requirements (or rather, the only requirement) for Shopify users to utilize our Gift Card Integration.
Shopify & Gift Cards
In order to use Modern Retail's Gift Card Integration, you'll have to upgrade your Shopify plan to at least "Enterprise" level, also known as "Shopify Plus". You can read more about Shopify Plus on Shopify's website, found here. Lower level Shopify plans are not capable of more advanced features, such as gift cards.
