Can we get Modern Retail's Gift Card Integration for our RICS POS system? We'd like to sell gift cards in-store and online that can be redeemed in-store or online.

No, we cannot & do not support RICS for our Gift Card Integration. RICS's API doesn't support gift cards, making a gift card integration with them impossible.
