Go Live Checklist - Pickup Hub

When a Dealer is ready to Go Live, please complete the following:
1. Ensure Dealer is marked Live
  • Store ID > General tab
    • Website URL - add live domain URL
    • Mark checkbox for Live
    • Save

  • Store ID > Partners
    • If not already enabled, add necessary Partners for access to the Dealer's integration

  • Store ID > Onboarding Tab
    • Stop Onboarding

  • Store ID > Integration v2 tab
    • Ensure the identity systems are checked

  • Store ID > Store Settings
    • Value Column > Check /order/refunds/queue

2. Ensure all Users can access to the Pickup Hub

 

3. Ensure all Email Templates are formatted

  • In Dealer's Pickup Hub Dashboard under Settings > Email Templates
    • New In-Store Pickup Order
    • Status Change of Order Items
      • Shipping_order_change
      • Storepickup_order_change
    • Order #{{REAL_NUMBER}} Submitted
    • Queued Refund for Order
