To ensure that the Modern Retail Integrator correctly identifies which products to sync, you need to check off the "Web Category" in AIM POS. This step tells the integrator which products should be included in your integration.
Setting the Web Category
- Navigate to the Web Categories menu in AIM POS.
- Locate the Web (ModernRetail) checkbox—this is typically found on the right-hand side of a product listing.
- Check the box to mark the product for inclusion in the integration.
- If you wish to stop syncing a product, simply uncheck the box. Note: This will not delete the product from your integration; it will only prevent further updates for that item.
