Part of the process of setting up your integration involves a file used to match customer identities between your ecommerce platform and your Epicor Eagle POS system. In this article, we'll talk about what this file is and why we need it.
We primarily use the customer file to match what we call "customer identity". Customer identity is an integral part of several different ecommerce features, and is what we use to make sure things like our Loyalty Integration is consistent between your physical locations and your online store.
What Do I Do?
