Overview
The "Sale Tag" is a tag on BigCommerce that indicates a product is on sale. It typically shows the full price greyed out next to the sale price, and acts as a way to highlight sales for your customers. In this article, we'll talk about how sale tags work with products using a price range or multiple prices.
Sale Tags
Put simply, sales tags do not work with products using multiple prices. This is true for both BigCommerce v2 and BigCommerce v3. Products using multiple prices will always show the lowest price next to the highest price, and will not display a sale tag.
Additionally, our BigCommerce integration does not use Price Rules, so the multiple prices must be set up in BigCommerce.
