Onboarding - Establishing Access

Overview

The first step we take for the POS side of CAP Software integrations is making sure that we have an established connection between our integrator and your CAP installation. This article will talk about what this means, why we do it, and how we get it done.

What Does it All Mean?

In order for the integrator to actually do its job, it needs to be able to read all the data going through your POS system. For that to happen, we need to make sure that the integrator can access your CAP installation, and vice versa. 

How Do We Do That?

The good news is we get that done by getting in touch with POSNATION, CAP's developers. Generally speaking, we can get this part of the project done without anything from you, the client; so you can focus on more important things.
