Feedback & Notifications


In the top left hand corner of the Modern Retail Admin Panel, you'll see two icons. These represent our Notification & Feedback menus, respectively. This article will cover how to use these features, and what they're for.



The bell icon in the top left is for notifications. You may see this lit up and active if Modern Retail has sent you a notification about something. This might be about a new feature or update, scheduled downtime, an outage or bug, or anything else we need to inform a large number of clients about all at once.

Click on this icon in order to see your notification page; from there you'll be able to see more information regarding any notifications we've sent you.



Clicking on the icon with two square faces will bring you to the feedback page. Similar to a support request, this is an easy way for you to get in touch with us about how you're feeling. Where Support Requests are typically only used for specific issues, feedback can be used to indicate how you feel we're doing generally, to suggest changes, or to just let us know that you think we're doing a good job.


Submitting a feedback report will get you in touch with the feedback team of our support department. They're available to both assist with any issues you may have, and to help deliver your feedback to the rest of the team.

Select the emoticon most representative of how you feel, and then tell us more in the text box below. Check your email later for a response!
