Product Options, such as size or color, are commonly used and readily supported in the majority of ecommerce platforms and POS/ERP systems. We can, of course, bring product options over from your POS system, however the order they are sent in is not something we can control for CounterPoint integrations.
Our integrator takes product data from your POS system and sends it to our middleware, and from there on to your ecommerce platform. Product options are part of this dataset, however CounterPoint does not have a value to indicate the order those options are sent in. Without this value, we cannot automatically determine the correct option order. This means that you may have to manually set the option order for your products from the Shopify product page for that product.
