Modern Retail offers a variety of integration features for your business, allowing you to customize your ecommerce experience in whichever way benefits your business. Some of our more popular features are Curbside & In-Store Pickup, Local Delivery, and Ship from Store. This article will cover how returns work when you're using this feature with a Magento website.
Local Delivery, Curbside, & In-Store Pickup
Returns for Local Delivery as well as Curbside & In-Store Pickup can be processed through the Modern Retail Admin Panel. The only caveat for this is if you're using Authorize.net as your payment processor, you can't handle those returns on the same day as the initial purchase. You can read more about why this is here.
Ship from Store
Ship from Store Returns can be handled through your Magento site. These returns cannot be handled through the Admin Panel; they have to be done via Magento. Otherwise they can be processed normally.
