While our support system is a solid solution for the majority of our clients, some want access to our phone support as well. This article will detail how our phone support plans are priced, and how they work.
Phone support is only available with our Enterprise Plan.
However, this does not mean Modern Retail will not jump on a call with you if you're on one of the other plans. On the contrary, we oftentimes will ask you to jump on a call or GoToMeeting with us to walk through your issue in "real-time".
The Enterprise Plan is tailor-made to your organization and unique business requirements. We know some businesses just need more due to the criticality of the integration to their business, sales volume, size of their product catalog, etc. Modern Retail is happy to create a plan to meet your specific needs.
