Overview
For a variety of reasons, you may need to view the PIN of an existing Gift Card you've already sold. Our Gift Card Integration supports this feature; this article will tell you where you can view those PINs in Counterpoint. Viewing PINs in Counterpoint
First, find the Gift Card you need the PIN for in Counterpoint. If necessary, you can cross reference with Modern Retail's list of your Gift Cards; to read more about that, look to this article.
Once you've found the Gift Card you need the PIN for, look to the Selling Description field. The first four numbers in this field will be the PIN for that gift card.
So in the above example, the PIN for that gift card would be "1234".
