Onboarding - Creating a Customer Profile

Overview

Before we're able to proceed on your project, we'll need you to create a customer profile for your site in IFS. This article will briefly explain why you need to do this, and what it means for the rest of your project.

Creating a Customer Profile

IFS requires that orders be attached to a customer profile. If the orders from your site go down to IFS without a customer profile, IFS will not process those orders. To resolve this, you'll have to create a new customer profile specifically for your site. If you're not sure how to do this, we recommend getting in touch with your IT professional, or IFS support.
