Onboarding - Whitelisting IP Addresses

Overview

In order for Modern Retail to proceed with work on your project, you'll have to whitelist the IP addresses for our developers on  your IFS servers. This article will tell you which IP addresses need to be whitelisted, and give a little more information about why this is a necessary step.

Whitelisting IP Addresses

For our dev team to work on your IFS integration, they'll need access to your IFS servers. The first step for granting them access is to whitelist our production IP addresses. Additionally, you'll want to whitelist the IPs for our support teams, so we can continue to assist you after your project has been completed. Here are the IP addresses you'll need to whitelist:

  • 72.32.101.67
    • Production Integration IP Address
  • 72.32.160.51
    • Production Integration IP Address
  • 45.35.120.195
    • United States Support IP Address
  • 194.29.63.73
    • Ukraine Support IP Address

We'll only be able to proceed with your project after these IP addresses have been whitelisted. If you're unsure about how to do this, we recommend getting in touch with your IT professional. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to get in touch with your Modern Retail project manager.
