Overview
An important step in getting your Integration running is turning on GetSales. Modern Retail takes care of this process, but just in case you're curious, this article will give a brief overview of what's going on at this point in the project.
Turning on GetSales
Turning on GetSales basically just means that orders will start flowing from your ecommerce platform to your RICS installation. RICS Software is technically the one who'll be doing this, but we'll be coordinating with them to make sure the process runs smoothly.
If your business had an existing ecommerce presence, turning on GetSales may result in a large flow of orders all at once. With preparation this isn't a problem, but it's something we try to keep track of.
