For the Epicor Eagle half of your integration project, there are only two tasks we need you to perform. The first of these is collecting your product information. This article will briefly cover what that entails, while you can look at the other task here.
How Do I Collect My Product Information?
In order to collect your product information, you'll have to get in touch with Eagle Professional Services. You can do this by contacting your Epicor Eagle representative, who should be able to quickly get you in contact with EPS. Once they know that you're working with us, they'll set you up with a professional who will know exactly what to do.
Once Eagle Professional Services has helped you get your product information, we'll use it for the reports and files the Integrator needs to function. If you have further questions, please get in touch with your Modern Retail project manager.
