In order for us to be able to access the relevant tools on the backend of your site for both troubleshooting and integration purposes, we'll need a few IP addresses to be whitelisted. If you're not sure how to do this, we recommend getting in touch with your IT professional.
Which IP Addresses Need to be Whitelisted?
We need you to whitelist four IP addresses:
- This is our Production Integration IP Address
- This is another Production Integration IP Address
- This is the IP for our United States support team
- This is the IP for our European support team
Once all four addresses have been whitelisted, we'll be able to continue working on your project. Please let your project manager know when you've finished whitelisting the addresses.
You can also add our public SSH key, which can be downloaded from the link below, to grant us access.
