Overview
Once we've received all the information we need from you, and after the necessary tweaks have been made to your Counterpoint settings, Modern Retail can install our integrator. This article will briefly go over what this means for you.
What Do I Do?
Assuming your information has been entered correctly, you likely won't have to do anything for the remaining Counterpoint steps for your integration project! We'll install our integrator and get everything configured using the information you've provided us, so everything fits perfectly for your business.
What Does the Integrator Do?
The integrator is what synchronizes the data from your e-commerce platform (likely Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, or WooCommerce) with the data from your Counterpoint installation. Without it, we wouldn't be able to track the data coming from Counterpoint, so it's arguably one of the most important parts of your overall project.
