Once we've received the Order Settings information from you and Eagle Professional Services, we'll finish configuring the FTP Site we set up earlier in the project. This article will briefly cover what this process entails.
Configuring the FTP Order File
After we receive all the necessary information from Eagle Professional Services, we can set up an FTP file for all the orders flowing from your ecommerce platform to Epicor Eagle. Having the product & order information collected with the help of EPS means that all the information flowing from the ecommerce platform can be recognized and handled appropriately by the Integrator & Epicor Eagle.
