Onboarding - Order Settings Information

Overview

For the Epicor Eagle half of your integration project, we require your input for two tasks. The first of these, collecting product information, is detailed here. The second of these is collecting your order settings information. This article will briefly cover what this entails.

Order Settings Information

Just like with collecting your product information earlier, in order to collect your order settings information you'll have to get in touch with Eagle Professional Services. You can do this by contacting your Epicor Eagle sales rep, and letting them know that you're working with us. From there, Eagle Professional Services will reach out to help review and configure your order settings information, so Modern Retail can use it for the next step in the integration process.
