Cancelling Whole Orders


Equally important as the ability to place orders for Curbside or In-Store Pickup is the ability to cancel orders. This article will show you how to cancel entire Curbside or In-Store Pickup orders in the Modern Retail Admin Panel.

Cancelling Curbside & In-Store Pickup Orders

The first step to cancelling Curbside or In-Store Pickup orders is to go to the Orders page under In-Store Pickup in the Admin Panel.


The Orders page will show all your Curbside & In-Store Pickup orders. By default these are sorted by date, but you can use the search bars or arrows at the top of each row to sort by things like #IDCustomer Name, or the Ordered Items, for example.


Once you've found the order you want to cancel, click on the number in the Order column, highlighted in the above screenshot. This will open up a window for that specific order:



From this window, click on Cancel Order in the top right corner to cancel the entire order. This will open up a prompt, likely at the top of your browser, asking you to confirm that you'd like to cancel the order. Confirm that that's what you want to finish cancelling your order.
