We have a product that is not updating on Shopify even though the inventory is showing in the admin panel.
Answer:
I see that you have created multiple locations in Shopify. While you can create other locations, the integration only updates ONE location with the inventory. This is the DEFAULT location defined in Shopify. So if you assign the product to a different location, then the integration will not update it.
In this case, the product is assigned to a store that is not the default, but if you edit the location back to the default it will update the correct inventory the next time the Inventory update job runs.
