It allows your customers to place orders that they can later pick up at your store-either in your locations, or on the curb. This page will give a brief overview of how Curbside & In-Store pickup work.
What are Curbside & In-Store Pickup?
Curbside & In-Store Pickup are services offered by many sites that let you and your customers cut delivery out of the purchasing process. Where normally a customer would place an order to be delivered to their door, Curbside Pickup allows the customer to pick up their order at your store. The customer can pick which store during checkout, and you can pick which stores are available for Curbside pickup during the setup process.
How Do I Set Up Curbside or In-Store Pickup?
The initial setup of Curbside or In-Store Pickup will all be done during your integration project. Modern Retail will work with your team to configure Curbside or In-Store Pickup during the onboarding process. During the onboarding process, we'll work with you to establish which locations you want to use for in-store pickup, provide training so you can effectively use this feature, and ensure that Curbside or In-Store Pickup works on your site.
