I have decided to close my store and no longer need your integration. How do I cancel your service?
Also, thank you for the years of service, you guys have been terrific and my decision to close my store has nothing to do with Modern Retail.

I'm sorry to hear you are closing your store! You have been a wonderful client and we're sorry to see you go! All you need to do is submit a support request in the Admin Panel and your request will be forwarded to our billing department who will close your account for you. Don't worry they won't hassle you in any way, give you a phone call, etc. Instead, they will make sure your integration is disabled and you no longer receive any more bills from Modern Retail.
