Overview
Modern Retail believes strongly in Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), and very often will create our APIs before we do anything else. In fact, much of our own software uses the same APIs. This is an approach we've followed for years, starting with the first API we wrote back in 2005. We later upgraded this to our API Version 2 written in SOAP. A lot has changed over the years, with technology constantly improving, and we're happy to report we now have our Integration API Version 3, written in JSON.

Keys
Under Settings > API Keys in the Admin Panel, you can create your own keys and access to our API. You can also create multiple keys depending on your particular needs, and you can Suspend or Delete them completely. All Keys are created for you automatically, and can be refreshed by clicking on Regenerate API Key.
