Businesses are usually web agencies and web developers who are involved with the configuration of the Pickup Hub integration. In most cases, businesses will not need access to the Pickup Hub but we encourage you to add them as users just in case.
Using the Businesses Tab under the Store ID, you can add any necessary Businesses using the Add button to the right.
In all likelihood, Businesses will not need access to the Onboarding Center for dealers. If they do, you can add them using the instructions in the Store ID - Onboarding tab help center page.
