Overview
Running a sale on your website can be great for engagement and sales, so you want to make sure it's running as smoothly as possible. If you find that your sales prices that you set in Counterpoint are not going down to your platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento), you can take these steps to try and fix the issue.
Checking Promotional Pricing
The first thing you'll want to do is check the Admin Panel to confirm that the sales prices have been sent over from Counterpoint to the Admin Panel. If the prices are showing in the Admin Panel but not on your website, you may have to contact Counterpoint to get to the bottom of it.
If you checked the Admin Panel and your sales prices are not coming over from Counterpoint, you will want to head to Counterpoint to make sure the date you are running your sale is correct. Say you are running a sale from April 1st through April 7th, you will want to make sure that the dates in Counterpoint are set to those values. Circled below is where to set the end date for your sale. Once you have your date
Once you change the end date of your sale to the correct date, it is important to know that sale pricing will not be available until the next day, as promotional prices are set once a day at midnight. This means that If you extend the end date on the 2nd, sale pricing will not be available on your website until the 3rd at midnight.
