Gridded products in Counterpoint can sometimes become un-synced with your ecommerce platform when settings get changed. Deleting old products and resending them can seem complicated, but it's actually a pretty straightforward process.
Here, we'll walk you through getting your gridded products synced up again.
Deleting Incorrect Products
The steps you'll need to take to get your gridded products to resync are:
- Delete "bad" products from your ecommerce platform (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce)
- Delete those same products from the Admin Panel
Once the incorrect products are deleted, the correct new products will be sent to the platform automatically.
