Overview
The need to update the barcode of a product does not happen often, but it can happen. This is what you can do when you want to try to update a product barcode using Windward.
Barcode Updates
Currently, Windward does not provide updates to barcodes. This means that if you edit the barcode of a product after it has been integrated with Modern Retail, Modern Retail will not receive the update, and continue to use the old barcode. Your next step should be to contact Windward and add a request that they add barcode updates to their standard pricing and inventory updates.
