A customer input their email incorrectly when purchasing an e-gift card. How can I send their gift card to the correct email?
Answer:
To resend the e-gift card to the correct email, you will have to copy the original email contents, and then manually send it to the correct email address. To find the email contents, go to the Admin Panel, and find Settings > Mail Logs.
You can then use the View Body tab to see and copy the contents of the sent email, and then paste into a new email to send to the correct address.
