Temporary miscommunications between your integration and your POS System happen occasionally, but there's no need to panic. This article outlines a quick troubleshoot for orders that did not automatically go through to Modern Retail to send from your POS.
Pulling Missing Orders
Pulling the missing order is a way to manually move the order along through the Modern Retail integration to your POS System. You will find the "Pull Order" page in the Admin Panel under "Orders".
