Why are my refunds taking up to three days to process after an item is returned?
Refunds can be delayed if the restocking of an item doesn't happen after it is returned. There is a checkbox in the restocking window that should remain checked for automatic restocking to happen. If this box becomes unchecked for any reason, the refund will not go through to your POS system. Refunding and restocking must happen at the same time to create the proper transaction for the integration to send.
