Restarting the Counterpoint Integrator


If your Counterpoint integrator stops working, that can mean that orders do not come through for fulfillment. This could be because the integrator was turned off-- possibly for maintenance, or due to antivirus software. In this article, we'll show you how to re-start the Modern Retail Counterpoint Integrator.

Restarting the Counterpoint Integrator

  1. Log into your Counterpoint server
  2. Locate Modern Retail Counterpoint Integrator icon
  3. Right-click on the Modern Retail Counterpoint Integrator icon and select "Run as Administrator"
  4. Return to Integrator Main Menu
  5. Select Service > Restart

After this, you should receive three pop up messages that indicate the services were restarted. 

If your Integrator stops working regularly, there are 2 things that you can do to prevent it:
  1. Whitelist Modern Retail Counterpoint Integrator in your antivirus software
  2. Contact Modern Retail to schedule a remote restart of your Counterpoint Integrator
