Overview
If your Counterpoint integrator stops working, that can mean that orders do not come through for fulfillment. This could be because the integrator was turned off-- possibly for maintenance, or due to antivirus software. In this article, we'll show you how to re-start the Modern Retail Counterpoint Integrator.
Restarting the Counterpoint Integrator
- Log into your Counterpoint server
- Locate Modern Retail Counterpoint Integrator icon
- Right-click on the Modern Retail Counterpoint Integrator icon and select "Run as Administrator"
- Return to Integrator Main Menu
- Select Service > Restart
After this, you should receive three pop up messages that indicate the services were restarted.
If your Integrator stops working regularly, there are 2 things that you can do to prevent it:
- Whitelist Modern Retail Counterpoint Integrator in your antivirus software
- Contact Modern Retail to schedule a remote restart of your Counterpoint Integrator
