Product Exchanges in Counterpoint

Overview

Instead of straight up returning an item, some customers ask to exchange one product for another if one is a better fit. In this article, we'll discuss Counterpoint and how it manages exchanges. 

Counterpoint and Exchanges

Currently, our integration with Counterpoint does not support exchanges automatically; without a refund, Counterpoint's software cannot process that an item was returned. This is relatively easy to get around, so that you can still offer your customers exchanges, you just need to go into Counterpoint and manually adjust the inventory to reflect the change.
