Sometimes, a client will add their products in new colors or sizes as new products that share a SKU with the preexisting one. This results in an error message, and they will not be visible on the website. To get around this, check out this help article on adding new product options, or follow these few steps.
- Delete the existing product from your website
- Notify your Project Manager, they will go and remove the error flag that is on the SKU of that product that (which is making it not visible on Shopify)
- Once the product is deleted, a button will appear in Dashboard > Products that says restore.
