We are running our ecommerce through WooCommerce and capturing our customer data here. When they sign up to our data base and we talk to them via EDM's we are using MailChimp that is embedded in the WooCommerce site. We have just recently opened a retail store and we are using Retail Express. I would like capture all the customer data in one area for a loyalty programme, EDM etc. Retail Express looks to offer a loyalty programme so may be best to align this way but need some guidance as to what can be done to alleviate the 3 touch points we now have.
