Our WordPress & WooCommerce hosting company, Pressidium, uses a service called MailChannels. MailChannels is similar to other email delivery services like SendGrid and Mandrill. These services help ensure email is successfully delivered from your website to you and your customers. Frankly, we always use one of these services and never host a website without one!
