We have had some customers ask about our sizing and it’s very difficult for our customers to translate the sizes. Is there any way we can have them pulled from Rics and to stay in the correct sizing order not in numerical order.
Answer:
Ultimately, the order the sizes appears on your site is determined by your size settings in Woocommerce.
We receive the size information from RICS and pass that to Woocommerce with the ordinal information but the attribute settings you have defined in Woo will override that information.
You can see your attribute settings by going to PRODUCTS>Attributes on your Wordpress dashboard.
By clicking on the size link you can edit the sizes and the position by drag and dropping the order.
