Question
We currently have a WooCommerce Store which is connected to Ebay to keep our Inventory in Sync. We also have a Bricks and Mortar store using a POS system called NeoPOS by Bec Systems. We would like to investigate if it would be possible to integrate with NeoPos to enable Stock Qty synchronization.
Answer
Thank you for your interest in Modern Retail and our WooCommerce Integrator. We would love to help you get NeoPOS integrated with WooCommerce.
This is not Modern Retail's first “integration rodeo”. We’ve been in business 18 years and have been integrating with POS / ERP systems for 10 of those years. We have done over 1,300 integrations with 2 dozen POS / ERP systems. We have some amazing technology and the following describes the way we might approach this integration with NeoPOS:
I took a look at the NeoPOS website but could not find any information about an application programming interface (API) or import/export capabilities (however, I may have missed it). If NeoPOS has an API, then it would be fairly easy to get their API connected to our Middleware/API. If they don’t have an API, then we could always use Modern Retail's Inventory CSV/XML Uploader using FTP. We have a variety of other methods that we’ve used over the years which we could also try.
May I make a suggestion? Could you please e-mail your representative at NeoPOS and let them know you’re interested in getting NeoPOS integrated with your website? If you copy me on the message, I’ll immediately reply asking to set up a meeting with NeoPOS. Getting our developers to talk with their developers, even for 30 minutes, makes a huge difference and can really help to “jump start” the integration efforts.

Please let me know if you need anything else or would like to jump on a call before getting with NeoPOS. Thank you.
