Quickbooks POS Alternatives with Omni-Channel Features

Question

I currently use Quickbooks POS, but I'm looking to replace it with another POS system.  I see you integrate with a lot of different POS systems, so I'm hoping you can help me out.  I need an alternative to Quickbooks POS as I've outgrown it.  I have multiple stores and need my inventory synchronized in real-time across all stores and my website.  I also want to sell my products on Amazon and offer gift cards in-store and online.  I guess I'm asking for a true omni-channel experience for my customers.  Can you help me?

Answer

Yes, we can certainly help you. We've helped many retailers as they migrate from Quickbooks POS to a more powerful POS system.  There's nothing wrong with Quickbooks POS, but many retailers like yourself find it difficult when they have multiple locations.  Additionally, virtually everyone we talk with now is interested in creating an omni-channel experience for their customers which oftentimes includes gift cards and a loyalty program.

Sounds like you've been looking on our website and found the over 2 dozen POS systems we integrate with today:

We would be happy to point you in the right direction based on your needs, which sound like they are leaning toward a "cloud-based" system.  A cloud, or SaaS solution, will allow your inventory to be synchronized in real-time across all your locations because all the data is sitting in the "cloud."

We can also help you pick the right e-commerce platform for your business, and of course, get it integrated with your new POS system.  We currently can design and build a website for you on 4 different e-commerce platforms:  Bigcommerce, Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento.

Finally, we have a lot of experience around gift cards as well and will make sure whatever solutions we pick allow for the integration of gift cards both online and in-store.

Please let me know if you'd like to meet this week to discuss your requirements. Thank you.
