We have spoken to a lead developer at IWD, and yes, you can use our Magento Integrator with their B2B Ecommerce Suite.
IWD has been very careful with their B2B Suite to not touch any core features within Magento. Their extension does not overwrite Magento's pricing model, so basic pricing, tiered pricing and sale pricing all work the same. However, at the same time, you can use their extension to do Customer-Based Pricing in Magento.
There is nothing special you need to do and can simply buy our Magento Integrator for the POS or ERP system you are using. You can find an updated list of supported systems here:
